Where do you deliver?
We currently accept orders for delivery to UK addresses served by the options shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Our order cut-off is 3:00 PM Europe/London on business days. Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. Standard delivery costs £3.99 below £50 and is free from £50.
Will I receive tracking?
Where tracking is available, we send it to the email address used for your order after dispatch. Products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@gloaminglights.store. We cannot guarantee interception after fulfilment begins, but applicable cancellation and return rights remain available after delivery.
What is your return period?
Our voluntary return window is 30 days after delivery. UK consumers also have statutory cancellation and product-quality rights. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.
Who pays for return delivery?
For a change-of-mind return, you normally pay the direct return cost. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or incorrect, we provide or reimburse a reasonable return method. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for complete details.
Are all lights suitable for direct rain?
No. Check each product page for its stated IP or weather-resistance rating and intended location. Products without a confirmed outdoor rating should be installed only in an appropriate dry or covered area.
Are bulbs included?
It depends on the product. Integrated LED products contain their light source. Products using replaceable bulbs state the fitting and whether bulbs are included on the product page.
Do mains-powered lights require an electrician?
Where fixed electrical installation is required, use a qualified electrician and follow the supplied safety and installation instructions.
